  Vacuum emulsification device (VTU-1-280)

  This is an emulsifying apparatus made up of an oil phase and water phase dissolving tank, and an emulsifying tank.
  This machine is of a dual axis structure composed of a scraping mixer and paddle mixer, with a homogenizing device at the bottom. This homogenizing device can be chosen from 3 types: a high viscosity homomixer, a low viscosity homomixer, and a dispersion mixer.   This is a filling machine exclusively for aluminum tubes. The tubes are air cleaned before filling, then are filled with the pharmaceutical preparation, and the tail end is finished with a threefold or fivefold closure. The hopper can be heated by hot water circulation, the filling area can be heated by a heater, and it is possible to fill creams, gels, and ointments.

  Liquid filling seaming machine (BTW-612S)

  This is a filling machine exclusively for liquid drugs such as nose sprays and lotions. The insides of the containers are air cleaned before filling, and the preparations are filled from 6 nozzles. The total number of the torques for winding up the caps are controlled, and it is possible to manufacture the product within the range of the torques set in advance. Not only straight containers but also inclined containers can be filled with this machine.

  Automatic Filling Machine for Ointment (K1-NO-1)

  This filling machine is for jar type container. As the hopper and filling part can be heated, it is possible to apply for ointment and cream. In addition, we have related equipment for this machine, such as deforming, cooling and spot-cooler for rapid cooling.

  This is a filling machine exclusively for injection ointments. We are in possession of 3 of these machines, and the maximum production amount possible is 61 thousand items per day.

  This is a filling machine exclusively for hot air type laminated tubes. The tubes are air cleaned before filling, then filled with the pharmaceutical preparation, and the tail end is crimped with hot air. Since it is possible to heat the hopper by hot water circulation, it is also possible to fill high viscosity preparations.

  The filled product is carried via bucket conveyor and package leaflets are automatically boxed, so the process can be done by a small number of workers. The cases can be finished as inserted flaps or 3-piece flaps. Since the presence of package leaflets are all checked with sensors, there is no need to worry about fall-outs.
