The hopper can be heated by hot water circulation, the filling area can be heated by a heater, and it is possible to fill creams, gels, and ointments.
This is a filling machine exclusively for liquid drugs such as nose sprays and lotions. The insides of the containers are air cleaned before filling, and the preparations are filled from 6 nozzles. The total number of the torques for winding up the caps are controlled, and it is possible to manufacture the product within the range of the torques set in advance. Not only straight containers but also inclined containers can be filled with this machine.

This vertical type machine is used widely, from big box to small one. Lot number and expiry date are stamped into flap by embossing. The filled product is carried via bucket conveyor and package leaflets are automatically boxed, so the process can be done by a small number of workers. The cases can be finished as inserted flaps or 3-piece flaps. Since the presence of package leaflets are all checked with sensors, there is no need to worry about fall-outs.
